Aidipsos Healing SPAs

As Edipsos has been privileged by nature with hot springs, the appropriate infrastructures have been developed in order to provide high quality bath therapy services. There are about 60 hot springs with rich water supply and temperature ranging from 34 to 71,2 degrees in Celcius scale. The sulphurous springs of Edipsos were created from the large fault in North Evian Gulf and are considered to be of the hottest in Europe. Their water is rich in trace elements of Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), and Iron (Fe). They have a wide range of therapeutic properties and beneficial effects for a large number of diseases.


In the new Hydrotherapy Center owned by the G.N.T.O. (Greek National Tourism Organisation), you can have hot bath therapy by the latest therapeutic programs. It is one of the largest and most integrated hydrotherapy centers in Greece which has special treatment bath-tubs, hands and legs bath tubs and Scottish shower bath-tubs. In the outdoor swimming pool you can have hydrotherapy treatment at a low cost. Additionally, the physiotherapy center with fitness and electrotherapy equipment provides an ideal combination of physiotherapy and spa that enhances dramatically the therapy results.  There are also many private -outdoor or indoor- spa facilities baths and pools. On the municipal beach, hot bath therapy, comprises a unique present by nature as the warm water gushes from the sea bed, offering the rare combined experience of a medicinical hot bath and a reinvigorating sea bath.
